Triglia fish, cuscus and tomato chickpeas

Ingredients:

4 triglia filets

80 gr cuscus vegetable salad

100gr chickpeas ready cook

100gr tomato sauce

start whit the cuscus and vegetable, use vegetable grilled or pan salted, recommend to use grilled vegetable mix, separate put in pan the tomate source and chickpeas and let to cook,

use a frie pan, to cook our Triglia filets ready salt and pepper whit drops of olive oil
